The Speaker waived the Labor & Commerce Committee referral for                                                                  
the following at the request of Representative Olson, Chair:                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 213                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to contributions, interest, penalties, and payments                                                        
    under the Alaska Employment Security Act; and providing for an                                                              
    effective date."
